BENDERSON DEVELOPMENT
 Benderson Development Corporation is one of the largest private developers in North America and they have partnered with Woodruff & Sons, Inc. over the past few years on numerous site developments in Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
Park Place at University Park Plaza, Bradenton, Florida, a 30-acre site including several retail outlets and a Kohl's Department Store was the most recent project finished for Benderson for the anticipated opening date of September 28th, 2008.

 PORT MANATEE
Port Manatee went through some major change and development. Woodruff & Sons, Inc. was involved with the development of Gulfstream Natural Gas, Berth 9 and Berth 12, access control center, and numerous warehouses to name a few.
MacDILL AIR FORCE BASE
Woodruff & Sons, Inc. worked at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida installing a triple precast box culvert.
 CENTEX HOMES - DEVELOPMENTS
Woodruff & Sons, Inc. worked for Centex Homes on several projects. Woodruff & Sons, Inc. performed all clearing and earthwork operations, installed sewer & water systems, installed roadways, and prepared home sites for the following Centex Homes Projects:

 63rd AVENUE
Woodruff & Sons, Inc. completed the Road Construction on 63rd Ave East in Bradenton for Manatee Conty. Woodruff & Sons, Inc. has performed several phases of 63rd Ave East over the past 10 years.
 SISTERS KEY
Accessable only by marine transport, Woodruff & Sons, Inc. successfully completed an ecological restoration project on this secluded key just off Longboat Key in Sarasota Bay.
 BRADEN RIVER HIGH SCHOOL
Woodruf & Sons, Inc. completed all site work on the school and athletic facilities for the Manatee County School District as a subcontractor to W.G. Mills.

Woodruff & Sons, Inc. constructed the infrastructure and created mitigation facilities necessary for this commercial/residential development located at I-75 and State Road 56 in Pasco County.
